Employers: Job listings must comply with UAE labour laws and regulations. Employers must not post jobs that promote discriminatory practices, violate labour rights, or breach any applicable UAE laws.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your account unless caused by our negligence.

4. Content Ownership

Content submitted by users (job listings, resumes, etc.) remains the property of the user. By posting content on our platform, you grant Louise Dawson Job Portal a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it as necessary for the operation of the service. Content must comply with UAE law, including any laws related to defamation, false information, and respect for UAE cultural and religious values.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Posting false or misleading job listings.
• Discriminating based on nationality, gender, age, religion, disability, or any other protected category under UAE law (Federal Decree Law No. 33 of 2021).
• Posting or sharing any content that contravenes public decency, morality, or UAE cultural norms.
• Engaging in any illegal or unethical activities, including spam, phishing, or fraudulent job offers.

6. Payments

Payments for job postings, premium services, or other paid features must be made in compliance with UAE regulations governing electronic transactions. Payment terms, fees, and billing cycles will be clearly provided at the time of purchase. Refunds will be governed by UAE consumer protection laws.

7. Data Privacy

We comply with UAE Federal Law No. 45 of 2021 (Personal Data Protection Law). Any personal data collected will be handled in accordance with this law and our Privacy Policy, which outlines the type of data collected, how it is used, and your rights concerning your personal data.

8. Termination
